VP of Sales & Partnerships

Overview

Sprints (formerly Revscale LAUNCH) is seeking a driven, quota-crushing VP of Sales & Partnerships to lead our sales efforts bringing a new SaaS product called Sprints LAUNCH to the SMB and Mid-Market audiences in the United States. You will be an individual contributor responsible for direct sales while also soon to be leading a team of sales reps. This role is expected to be a hybrid position (1-2 days a week in office, remainder remote)

Responsibilities:

- Achieve aggressive quarterly and annual sales quotas by closing enterprise deals and landing major accounts
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls/emails, and networking
- Manage and mentor a team of sales reps to develop sales skills and exceed revenue targets
- Give product demonstrations and effectively convey the capabilities and value proposition of our low-code development services
- Navigate complex sales cycles to educate buyers, address objections, and develop long-term customer relationships
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our low-code platforms, code blocks, and development processes in order to articulate our competitive advantages
- Work closely with marketing to improve lead generation through content promotion and sales enablement
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity metrics, and market intelligence to executive leadership
